Some of our Orlando vacation rentals near Disney World have virtual tours - others have them available but not on the web site. Where a virtual tour exists on the web site, it will be fully accessible.

To make a booking for any of our Orlando vacation rentals near Disney World, details of how to do this and the procedures and process involved are detailed below.

1.	Enquire to ascertain whether the weeks required are available - e-mail us.

2.	If available, and you wish to book, please advise by e-mail or telephone.

	A rental contract to enable you to confirm the booking in writing will be e-mailed or posted to you. The telephone/e-mail provisional bookings will be held for 21 days to enable you time to read, sign and return the rental documentation.

3.	Sign and return the completed rental contract together with the required deposit (20% unless advised otherwise) by the provisional date detailed in the rental contract.

	A confirmation of booking will be e-mailed/posted to you.

4.	Ensure the balance payable or any other agreed payment/s as per the 'special offer' is/are sent by the due date/s detailed in the rental contract.

	Upon receipt of the final balance details of where to collect the keys will be provided by e-mail. Detailed instructions on how to get to the property together with the burglar alarm codes will also be sent at this time.
